Had an amazing stay here!
10/10 for safety—reception area is only until 12 am but it automatically locks from the inside and the only people can enter are the guests.
Location wise, walking distance from phuket old town and other cafes and restos.
Grab is our ultimate best friend.
And to our surprise, public jeepney transport going to patong beach is just parked right outside the hotel.
Downside, hmm the matres maybe? A bit hard.
And there’s a balcony which kinda useless since the view is the roof of your neighbour.

Cozy place in the middle of a loud old town street. Personal was welcoming and speaks English just fine. Water and paper towels change every day, room is clean, balcony is wide

The location is very good as it is a walking distance to Phuket Old Town. If you are are Harry Potter fan, you should definitely visit the HP themed cafe (4-5 minutes walking distance). There are also so many cute cafes there.
The room is clean and comfortable for a solo traveller like me. If you need a hair dryer, you will need to request at the reception. The staffs there are really nice and friendly. There was no elevator and I had a really big luggage, so the male staff helped me to carry my luggage to my room.
Also, please note that the reception is open from 8am to 11pm only. So if you are checking out really early, you will need to inform the receptionist upon arrival.
Highly recommended for a solo traveller that is looking for a budget. Strategic location 💯

The room is good and very well-behaved stuff in the hotel. Bit they gave a room 401. In the room, i could not connect wifi. The room is on the roadside so there will be little noise of traffic. Everything was good. But only problem is no wifi. For that i said to room service they asked me to come lobby and use wifi. But then i compliant to trip.com and they also talked and provided me 500 coin compassion. Only problem i suffered no internet as promissed. Other things were good

Very nice value for the price, the place was great - in the center itself, the staff is great and positive, I would recommend the place for the hangout or to be in the middle of the town. There are bars, restaurants, motor rentals very close

The location is great but the place is full of rowdy tourists that party way past midnight. So it is quite noisy and difficult for light sleepers.

Ladies who work at the front were excellent but room was okay and bathroom was not okay worst thing is there is no elevator
